Ashperton Village Hall is now available for hire for suitable activities at £15 for the first hour and £10 for each subsequent hour. Minimum booking time to be two hours to cover the cost of heating the hall.
Facilities – you enter via a foyer with doors to the gents toilet and the main hall. off the main hall are the ladies toilet, storage room and the kitchen with a serving hatch to the main hall. Main Hall – capacity 98. Tables and chairs available if required. Projector and Screen available on request. Piano also available on request. Kitchen – newly refurbished kitchen with two sinks, electric oven and hob, 2 microwaves, kettle and fridge. Fire blanket and extinguisher. Crockery and Cutlery available on request.
Whilst Government restrictions on the use of community halls have been cancelled, the trustees of the Hall and hirers have a legal duty to manage risk to those attending. There are still cases of COVID-19 in England and there is a risk of catching or passing on the virus, even if fully vaccinated. You are encouraged to exercise caution and consider the risks. While no situation is risk free, there are actions we can take to protect ourselves and others around us. Therefore a number of measures remain in place, as detailed in the Conditions of Hire, and hirers will be required to agree to those conditions and also complete a Hirer Risk Assessment, a link to which will be sent after completion of the online booking form below. The Hirer Risk Assessment should specify any event specific risks and those measures the hirer will undertake to keep attendees safe. If the proposed event or Hirer Risk Assessment is considered unacceptable the booking will be refused.
